100% virgin polypropylene from Indian Petroleum & Chemical Corporation, sucked into the high bin from the low bin by the automatic feeding device.
Melting #2
PP raw materials and color masterbatch go into the main screw extruder, and the outside electric heating device of the main screw heats and melts them.
Web forming #3
The melt is filtered through the filter and then metered out by the metering pump, then spouted out by spinneret and send to web forming curtain.
Winding #4
Shaped Nonwoven winded into rolls
